Being able to properly generate and manage the appropriate documents as a food manufacturer is an important part of doing business. As an example, an ingredients producer may have to provide a certificate of analysis (CoA) to their customers with specific QC parameters at the time of shipment. The ability to do this correctly and quickly is dependent on all of the functionality within the ERP working together to create total process control.
