Press Release: Deacom Continues its Upward Momentum with New Additions to its Sales & Marketing Team

WAYNE, PA – July 24, 2012 – Deacom, Inc., the producer of the DEACOM Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software System for process manufacturers, announced today the addition of three new strategic hires to its rapidly growing sales & marketing team.  
Cole Naldzin joins Deacom as the Director of Marketing, responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities, both external and internal.  Cole is a results-oriented marketing and communications leader experienced in developing, implementing and measuring programs that support strategic corporate initiatives.  Before joining Deacom, Cole designed and implemented a global marketing program targeting the Private Equity channel in North America, Europe, Brazil and the Middle East, resulting in a significant increase in revenue year over year.  She brings 10+ years of global marketing strategy, process and implementation experience to the team.
Jerry D’Addesi, Senior Sales Executive, has a proven ability to analyze businesses, products, markets, and growth opportunities, then introduce strategic and tactical solutions that improve competitive performance while increasing revenues and profits.  His experience in enterprise sales, primarily within corporate accounts, will prove valuable as Deacom expands its presence in this arena. An innovative and energetic sales professional, Deacom is excited to welcome Jerry to its team.
Robin Dieterle, Senior Sales Executive, brings more than twenty years of implementation, project management, presales, and sales management experience to Deacom, its clients, and prospective customers.  Throughout his career, Robin has focused on helping process manufacturers adopt business information systems that meet the unique requirements of batch-oriented, highly-regulated companies. His career has spanned North America and Europe, and includes experience in selling ERP solutions from SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and CDC/Ross Systems. Robin is APICS-certified in Production and Inventory Management.
