Registration costs include training sessions with Deacom team members, attendance to evening events and activities, catered breakfast and lunch, and discounted rates for hotel rooms. Attendees must register online prior to the event. Multiple attendees from the same organization must register individually. Sessions should be chosen at the time of registration but attendees may alter their schedules at any time leading up to the event by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration confirmations will be sent out automatically (be sure to add email@example.com to your safe senders list). Invoices will be mailed to your company's billing address. Invoicing for early registration will begin on January 1, 2018; payment is due within 30 days of date on invoice. All payments must be made by March 27, 2018. The event is non-refundable.
Deacom Photo and Video Release
I understand the photograph(s) or video(s) or audio recording(s) taken of me by agents, employees or representatives of Deacom shall be used in connection with Deacom’s marketing activities to the general public.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Deacom to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any and all such images and audio of me, including composite or artistic forms and media, for purposes of publicizing Deacom or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness, name, audio or video appears. I acknowledge that participation in images and audio produced by Deacom is voluntary and I will not receive financial compensation.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Deacom from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
