WAYNE, PA – May 28, 2013 – Deacom, Inc., producer of an ERP software solution for process manufacturing companies, proudly announced their sponsorship of and participation in the “TRI for Our Veterans” triathlon this Memorial Day weekend.
Seeking to raise awareness around the issues facing United States veterans, the event donates all proceeds to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund and Sea Isle City's VFW Post 1963. These donations provide services to wounded military and veterans and will contribute to the replacement of the Veteran’s Memorial Fountain in the center of Sea Isle City.
Deacom, based in Wayne, PA strives to remain active in the local community through support for a variety of organizations in and around Philadelphia. Their involvement often includes both corporate sponsorship and personal participation from Deacom leadership and employees.
“As an avid triathlete, I could not pass up the opportunity to support this organization and our country’s service people.” said Deacom President, Jay Deakins. “It was an honor to represent the Deacom team and compete amongst many of these brave men and women.”
