The Top Workplaces list is determined by feedback from an employee survey that is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.  With over 35,000 people surveyed In the Philadelphia region, the firm generated a final list of 100 companies whose survey results indicate a high level of employee satisfaction.
 
Deacom’s strong 86% response rate yielded dozens of employee comments throughout each section of the survey, highlighting what their staff enjoy most about working for Deacom.  Comments include:
